Notifications by main section
Click any category to see its active notification list. Settings are available from the Edit settings button.
Master notification settings
Choose which categories can create portal notifications. These settings apply across the full system and are saved with the shared portal data.
Only the main admin can change the master notification settings. You can still view active notices and use the restock actions.
Inventory restock rule
Suggestions everywhere use shipment data from the last 30 days. The calculation also shows the production and safety-stock days used; it never places an order automatically.

Find or adjust a book
After finding a book, add, dispatch, return, transfer, or set the selected warehouse to its physically counted quantity. For shipping, use the green Shipping box below instead.

Pack an order — start here
Step 1: press “Scan Label and Book QR” and scan the shipping label. After success, choose a book row and press its “Scan Book QR” button.
Quick instructions
1. Import and save the marketplace order PDF.
2. Press Scan Label and Book QR, scan the parcel/AWB label, and wait for “Label Successfully Scanned”. The camera then stops.
3. In the popup, choose the exact book row and press its Scan Book QR button. Each click starts one scan for that book only.
4. For repeated copies, scan the same row again until its required count is complete. Nothing starts automatically.
For returns, click Return. Never upload the book-label PDF as an order.

Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders
Upload Amazon Orders CSV/TXT for Merchant-fulfilled (FBM) sales. If the source report contains FBA rows, they are excluded here.
Every shipped FBM order uses its exact Flipkart SF, Amazon SF (FBM), or Meesho SF quantity. If that source is short, the Order ID is saved permanently in Review without reducing stock. Upload FBA warehouse-event data separately in Amazon FBA Warehouse.
Amazon: TXT/TSV or CSV. Meesho: CSV (TXT also accepted). The source file is read temporarily and is never saved.
Filters the dashboard only; confirmed imports retain all verified rows.
Amazon FBA Warehouse
Upload this Amazon Inventory Event Detail CSV to adjust stock in the exact FBA fulfilment-centre warehouse, such as MAA4, PNQ3, or CJB1. It never needs or matches an order ID.
Shipments become Amazon dispatches; customer returns become Amazon returns. Amazon adjustments are highlighted separately so they can be verified before saving.
Amazon Inventory Event Detail CSV only. Each row uses its exact fulfilment-centre code; unknown books or warehouses must be mapped or skipped during review.
FFlipkart FBF Warehouse
Upload Flipkart Fulfilled (FBF) warehouse stock, verify the dashboard below, then review and save.
Flipkart SF orders are uploaded from the separate Flipkart SF orders tab. This screen is only for FBF external warehouse stock.
FBF can be verified as warehouse stock; FBM is reporting only.
Flipkart: CSV, TXT, XLS, XLSX or XLSM. The original file is not saved.
Select the exact external warehouse shown by this snapshot. Main Warehouse is excluded because a listing snapshot cannot safely change FBM allocations.
Must be newer than the last confirmed Flipkart snapshot and cannot be in the future.

Recycle Bin

Undo points
Every change is snapshotted before it is saved. Roll the whole app back to just before any of these — useful when an import or a bulk edit brought in wrong data. The last 25 are shared across every device, so a change made on one device can be undone from another.

The state JSON and Master Export are data exports. Recovery requires a complete operational backup containing SQL orders, QR copies, scans and returns.

Your team members are always assignable. Add anyone else here — a freelancer, a printer's contact, anyone who doesn't log into this app but still gets tasks. An assignee in use on a task can't be removed until nothing points to it.
